## Screening

Corporate Designer — Project Style

Evaluate the quality and correctness of AI-assisted software-development traces used to train and evaluate a frontier AI lab's models. You'll assess end-to-end coding sessions produced with AI-assisted developer tools — judging correctness, workflow soundness, and reasoning — and provide clear, rubric-based written feedback.

Basic Qualifications
• 3+ years professional software development
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools and agentic / spec-driven workflows (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar)
• Strong code-reading and debugging skills across full-stack or backend systems
• Ability to evaluate multi-step coding trajectories for correctness and best practice

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Kiro or Amazon CodeCatalyst
• Prior work evaluating or grading AI-generated code
• Contributions to developer tooling

AI Developer Trace Task Auditor

Evaluate the quality, correctness, and reproducibility of software-engineering benchmark tasks used to train and evaluate a frontier AI lab's models. You'll assess repository-level tasks, reference patches, test harnesses, and grading integrity — and provide clear, rubric-based written feedback.

Basic Qualifications
• 3+ years professional software engineering
• Real open-source contribution or maintainer experience (merged PRs, committer / maintainer roles)
• Strong ability to audit reference patches, test runners, and Docker isolation, and to detect answer leakage / reward hacking
• Fluency across common ecosystems (Python and at least one of Java / Go / TypeScript / C++)

Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with SWE-Bench (Verified) or similar repository benchmarks
• Maintainer history on major Python OSS (Django, Flask, scikit-learn, sympy, pytest, etc.)
• Prior code-review or task-grading experience

SWE-Bench Task Auditor

Evaluate the quality, correctness, and methodological rigor of applied machine-learning tasks used to train and evaluate a frontier AI lab's models. You'll assess experiment design, model-selection reasoning, and evaluation methodology — and provide clear, rubric-based written feedback.

Basic Qualifications
• 3+ years hands-on applied/experimental ML (experiment design, model selection, hyperparameter tuning, evaluation methodology)
• Strong grasp of data-quality rigor: leakage detection, metric gaming, and train/test/CV hygiene
• Proficiency with standard ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, XGBoost)
• Ability to critique ML claims against evidence and reproduce results

Preferred Qualifications
• Competition / benchmark experience (e.g., Kaggle)
• Graduate research or publication record in applied ML
• Prior task-grading or peer-review experience

Note: this role evaluates applied/experimental ML rigor — it is not an LLM-application-building or MLOps role.
