Air Transportation Systems Expert

Mercor is seeking experienced air transportation systems experts to work directly with world-class AI research labs and help build the next generation of intelligent models. You will apply your deep technical expertise in aerospace systems, airport infrastructure, or air traffic engineering to shape how AI understands and interacts with complex, real-world aviation environments.

You are an ideal candidate, if you-

• Have 5+ years of experience aviation, aerospace, or air traffic systems engineering

• Hold a bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, transportation engineering or related field from top US university.

• Are familiar with engineering tools and modeling platforms

• Have strong verbal and written communication skills

• Have strong attention to details

Role Highlights

• Flexible workload: 10–20 hours per week, with potential to increase to 40 hours.

Contract and Payment Terms

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote role that can be completed on your own schedule.

• Your work at Mercor will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
• Payments are weekly on Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
