About the Role

As a Machine Learning Engineer at Mercor, you will build and optimize the backbone of Mercor’s core product: a model that predicts job performance.

Your contribution will play a critical role at helping every company find their perfect candidate, and will empower a billion people to find their next job.

What Are We Looking For?

• Previous founding or startup experience

• Deep expertise in back-end development (Python/Django)

• Extensive experience working with LLMs

• Expertise in search or recommendation systems, data classification, or LTR models

• Exceptional attention to detail and a relentless willingness to learn

Compensation

• Base cash comp from $130K-$300K

• Generous equity grant
