We work six days a week (Monday-Saturday) from 9am to 9pm. Our team is currently split across San Francisco (in-person), India, and the UK.

About the role

As part of this role, we're seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager who can thrive in our fast-paced environment while managing high-volume hiring pipelines. The ideal candidate will help scale our talent acquisition operations and ensure we're connecting the right candidates with the right opportunities.

This position represents one of our first hires in building out our Latin America team. The role will initially be structured as an independent contractor arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple clients simultaneously

• Develop and implement strategies to handle high-volume recruitment efficiently

• Directly interface with prospective candidates throughout the hiring process

• Collaborate with our AI systems to optimize candidate matching and screening

• Build relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs

• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes

• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and challenges

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment or talent acquisition

• Proven ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously

• Excellent communication skills for candidate interactions and client updates

• Comfort working with technology and AI-assisted recruitment tools

• Ability to adapt to US time zones for collaboration with core team

• Adaptability to work across different time zones and with global teams

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Willingness to work our schedule (Monday-Saturday, 9am-9pm)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in tech recruitment or working with technology companies

• Familiarity with modern recruitment technologies and ATS platforms

• Knowledge of international hiring practices and compliance

• Track record of implementing process improvements in recruitment workflows
