Consulting Professional

Overview:

We are looking for Consulting professionals to develop and refine high-quality reasoning questions that help train leading AI models. This work is being conducted with a major AI lab and your knowledge in consulting will ensure the accuracy, rigor, and instructional quality of model outputs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in management or strategy consulting at a top firm.

• Experience with advanced, highly complex engagements.

• Strong writing and critical thinking skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Role Details:

• Minimum weekly commitment of 4+ days and 15+ hours.

• This project is expected to last approximately 3 weeks as a pilot, and much longer if the pilot results are successful.

Application Process:

• You will take a short AI interview to assess your consulting skillset and capabilities.

• If selected, you will move onto a second round interview which will test your capabilities to complete work relevant to the project.

Contract and Payment Terms

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote role that can be completed on your own schedule.
• Projects can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
• Your work at Mercor will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
• Payments are weekly on Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
