Mercor is hiring experienced Business Analysts to work on a long-term research project with a leading AI lab to benchmark and improve current AI models.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality management consulting questions, answers, and evaluation sets for training frontier LLMs

• Synthesize information from diverse sources to inform analysis and evaluation

• Support benchmarking efforts to assess AI model performance in business analysis and consulting scenarios

Ideal Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or graduated from an MBA program at Wharton, Kellogg, Stanford, Booth, Sloan, Tuck, Harvard, Stern, Columbia, or Haas

• Strong analytical and research skills

• Ability to synthesize complex information into structured insights

• Excellent written communication and attention to detail

Project Timeline

• Start Date: Immediate

• Duration: 4 weeks

• Commitment: Part-time (~10–20 hours/week)

Contract and Payment Terms
