About the Role

As the Information Security Lead, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and managing our organization’s information security strategy. You’ll work across departments to identify risks, lead compliance initiatives, respond to threats, and foster a security-aware culture.

What Are We Looking For?

• Develop, implement, and maintain the organization’s information security strategy, policies, and procedures

• Lead threat modeling, risk assessments, and vulnerability management programs

• Monitor security systems, analyze logs, and respond to security incidents and breaches

• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, HIPAA, etc.)

• Collaborate with DevOps, Engineering, Legal, and Product teams to embed security into product lifecycle

• Evaluate and implement security tools, including SIEM, EDR, firewalls, IAM, and DLP solutions

• Lead internal and external audits, and manage third-party security assessments

• Respond to and complete customer security questionnaires and due diligence requests

• Stay up to date with evolving threats, vulnerabilities, and regulatory requirements

Compensation

• Base cash comp from $130K-$300K
