Mercor is collaborating with a leading AI lab on a research initiative requiring automotive domain expertise. Experienced automotive professionals will contribute practical knowledge of vehicle systems, manufacturing, supply chains, and industry operations to help evaluate and improve AI systems. This work is well-suited for detail-oriented experts who can quickly apply structured guidelines to complex, real-world automotive scenarios.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated content related to automotive systems, processes, and industry workflows

• Assess technical accuracy, logical consistency, and real-world applicability

• Identify errors, gaps, or incorrect assumptions in automotive-related reasoning

• Provide clear, structured feedback aligned with project evaluation standards

3. Ideal Qualifications

• Professional experience in the automotive industry (e.g., OEMs, suppliers, manufacturing, engineering, operations, or adjacent domains)

• Strong familiarity with automotive systems, production processes, or operational workflows

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to quickly learn and apply new evaluation criteria

• Strong written communication skills

Contract and Payment Terms

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote role that can be completed on your own schedule.
• Projects can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
• Your work at Mercor will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
• Payments are weekly on Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
