Role Overview

Mercor is hiring seasoned Investment Relation professionals to join an exciting collaboration with a top AI research lab. The role involves contributing to the development and evaluation of advanced AI systems built to mimic real-world investment banking workflows. You'll help train, test, and calibrate AI agents to better assist you with completing your daily workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design realistic, high-quality prompts and evaluation rubrics grounded in investor relations scenarios.

• Apply expertise in Investor Relations to simulate professional judgment and communication tasks.

• Translate complex financial concepts into clear, structured exercises that test practical reasoning and analytical depth.

Ideal Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in investor relations at a publicly traded company or at a top-tier financial institution such as Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, or similar

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a a related field

• Familiarity with the documents used across capital markets, M&A deal cycles, and transaction processes

• Excellent analytical and writing skills

Contract and Payment Terms

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote role that can be completed on your own schedule.
• Projects can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
• Your work at Mercor will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
• Payments are weekly on Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
