Generalist – Project Sprint

Mercor is seeking detail-oriented generalists to support one of the world’s leading AI labs in advancing frontier research for a weekend-only project sprint, beginning 10/17/25.

This role involves real-world evaluation on a range of written tasks, where freelancers will review and evaluate responses for advanced language models.

This is a weekend-only project sprint, ideal for those who thrive in fast-paced, high-precision environments and want to contribute to frontier AI work on a flexible schedule.

Job Details:

• Conduct Model Testing and Grading: Run prompts through models and assess preliminary outputs.

• Support Benchmarking and Quality Assurance: Collaborate in QA review processes to ensure prompt tasks and rubrics meet rigor, maintaining consistency and reliability before integration into official benchmarks.

Role Highlights

• Flexible workload: 10–20 hours, with potential to increase to 40 hours.

Role Start Date

• This role will begin immediately and will end 10/19/25.

Contract and Payment Terms

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.

• Payments are weekly on Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
