1. Role Overview Mercor is seeking experienced PowerPoint formatting specialists to support an ongoing professional presentation project with a fast-moving organization. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who excel at visual consistency, slide cleanup, and detail-oriented formatting. Freelancers will be responsible for elevating slide design strictly through layout and formatting—no content creation is required. This is a formatting-only engagement ideal for those with high availability.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Clean and standardize PowerPoint decks to ensure visual polish and consistency

• Apply consistent slide layouts, font treatments, and spacing

• Format tables, charts, and graphics to align with provided templates or style guides

• Troubleshoot formatting issues across complex or multi-author decks

• Implement feedback quickly and accurately across multiple versions

3. Ideal Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in PowerPoint formatting across professional or corporate decks

• 2+ years of experience working on high-volume or deadline-driven presentation formatting projects

• Strong eye for detail and visual alignment

• Comfortable with repetitive, formatting-focused work

• Ability to follow specific style guides and formatting instructions precisely

Contract and Payment Terms
