Mercor is helping recruit participants for the Youth Well-being Project, a research study led by Stanford University in collaboration with Bocconi University, focused on understanding how smartphones and digital tools affect children and families.
We are enrolling parents in the United States who have a child aged 9–13. You can pick one child to participate with you.
What You'll Be Asked to Do

Fill out online surveys about your child and answer a few text-message questions

Install a parental-control app on your child's phone for the study

Your child answers two short online surveys and a few text-message questions about how they feel

Engagement Details

Format: Online surveys + short text-message check-ins

Time commitment: About 1 hour of surveys overall

Compensation: $120 flat fee for completing the study (paid once)

Contract and Payment Terms
- You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
- This is a fully remote role that can be completed on your own schedule.
- Projects can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
- Your work at Mercor will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
- Payments are weekly on Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
- Please note: We are unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates at this time.
