Healthcare Executive – Insurance Strategy & Operations Study (U.S.A)

Mercor is looking for Healthcare Executives at small provider organizations to contribute to a targeted research study with a leading AI lab. This study focuses on how leadership teams navigate payer relationships, insurance exposure, and operational trade-offs in small clinical settings. You will provide strategic insights into how insurance considerations influence organizational decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured survey and/or interview (~30–45 minutes)

• Share insights on payer relationships and contracting considerations

• Provide perspective on operational and financial trade-offs in small practices

Requirements

• Current role in Executive Leadership (e.g., CEO, COO, CFO, CTO/CIO/CDO, or Head of Contracting/Managed Care)

• Works within a healthcare provider organization (e.g., clinic, hospital, behavioral health practice)

• Exposure to insurance-related decisions or strategy

• Experience operating in small, high-accountability environments

• Based in the United States

Work Arrangement

• One-time engagement (30–45 minutes)

• One-time task payment of $180 USD

Contract and Payment Terms

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote role that can be completed on your own schedule.

• Your work at Mercor will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
• Payments are weekly on Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
