French Canadian Linguist

Role Overview We're recruiting French Canadian generalist speakers for immediate customer experience (CX) agent testing. You'll participate in phone calls and live interaction testing to evaluate our client's conversational AI agent.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound/inbound calls to test the CX agent's responses and behavior

• Follow basic prompts and scenarios provided

• Provide feedback on conversation flow and user experience

• No domain expertise required—generalist perspective is exactly what we need

Schedule & Compensation

• Duration: 4.5 hours total over 3 days

• Daily Commitment: 1.5 hours per day

• Start Date: Immediate

Requirements

• Native or fluent French Canadian speaker

• Ability to make clear phone calls with good audio quality

• Available to start immediately

• Reliable for the 3-day commitment

Contract and Payment Terms

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote role that can be completed on your own schedule.
• Projects can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
• Your work at Mercor will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
• Payments are weekly on Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
