1. Overview

Join a leading AI lab's cutting-edge GenAI team and help build foundational AI models from the ground up. We're seeking talented Management Consulting subject-matter experts (SMEs) to bring deep domain expertise and elevate the quality of our AI training data.

This is a W-2 employment position with Cincinnatus LLC (or appropriate international entity), with the opportunity to be placed at a leading AI Lab as part of their extended workforce.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model performance in Management Consulting and Corporate Strategy topics.

• Create and maintain precise annotation standards tailored to consulting frameworks and problem-solving methodologies. As a domain SME, you'll set the gold standard for quality and rigor.

• Develop guidelines and detailed rubrics/evaluation frameworks to assess strategic reasoning, case analysis, and advisory judgment across tasks.

• Evaluate consulting tasks and solutions and provide clear, written feedback.

• Collaborate with other subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in training data.

  3. Core Qualifications

• 10+ years of dedicated professional experience in Management Consulting or Corporate Strategy at a recognized, top-tier firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, Accenture, Oliver Wyman, Kearney, Roland Berger, LEK, Strategy&, or an equivalent in-house strategy function at a Fortune 500 company).

• Demonstrable career progression (e.g., Analyst → Consultant → Engagement Manager or Partner-track equivalent).

• Deep expertise in a core consulting practice—strategy, operations, M&A, digital transformation, or financial advisory.

• Ability to engage reliably for at least 20 hours/week during weekdays.

• Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills.

Contract and Payment Terms

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
