Pharmacists Survey – Retail & Community Pharmacy Insights

Mercor is conducting a paid research study in partnership with a leading AI research lab focused on improving AI systems for healthcare and pharmacy. We are seeking licensed pharmacists currently practising in community-based pharmacy settings to participate in a 30-minute online survey. The survey will explore day-to-day pharmacy workflows, patient interactions, operational challenges, and perspectives on emerging technologies in pharmacy practice. Insights gathered from participants will help inform the development of more practical and effective AI tools for healthcare operations and patient support.

Responsibilities

Participants will be asked to:

• Complete a structured 30-minute online survey

• Share insights from real-world pharmacy operations and patient care experiences

• Provide feedback on topics such as prescription fulfilment, counselling workflows, staffing, technology usage, and operational efficiency

• Discuss common challenges faced in community pharmacy settings

• Offer perspectives on how technology and AI tools may support pharmacists and pharmacy teams in the future

Requirements

Employment

Currently practising pharmacy in a community-based setting, including prescription dispensing, patient counselling, and day-to-day retail operations.

Role

Currently working as one of the following:

• Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC)

• Staff Pharmacist

• Float / Per Diem Pharmacist

Qualifications

• Holds an active U.S. state pharmacy license (RPh or PharmD)

• Experience working directly with patients in a community or outpatient pharmacy environment

• Strong understanding of retail or community pharmacy workflows

• Comfortable participating in a structured research survey

• Able to independently complete a 30-minute online survey

Engagement Details

• Format: Online survey

• Duration: Approximately 30 minutes

• Compensation: $50 USD upon successful completion of the survey

• Location: Remote (United States)

Contract and Payment Terms

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote role that can be completed on your own schedule.
• Projects can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
• Your work at Mercor will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
• Payments are weekly on Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
