UK-Based Market Research & Market Entry Specialists

Mercor is recruiting UK-based Market Research & Market Entry Specialists for a research project with a leading frontier AI lab.

We are seeking experienced marketing and insights professionals with 5+ years of professional experience and strong backgrounds in market research, market entry, consumer insights, and go-to-market strategy. We are especially interested in candidates who have worked at marketing, research, or strategy firms, or in marketing and insights roles at consumer wearable and connected-health companies (e.g., Whoop, Oura, Fitbit, Garmin).

Strong candidates should have experience using research and data to size markets, assess entry opportunities, understand consumer behavior, and shape brand, product, or go-to-market strategy.

Ideal candidates have experience in one or more of the following roles:

- Market Research Analyst / Manager

- Consumer Insights Analyst / Manager / Lead

- Market Entry / Go-to-Market Strategist

- Brand or Category Strategist

- Marketing Strategy Manager / Director

- Competitive Intelligence Analyst

- Growth / Commercial Strategist

- Marketing Analytics Lead

Ideal candidates have experience with one or more of the following:

- Market research and consumer insights (qualitative and quantitative)

- Market sizing, opportunity assessment, and competitive landscape analysis

- Market entry and go-to-market strategy

- Audience segmentation and consumer behavior analysis

- Brand, category, and product positioning

- Translating research findings into clear strategic and commercial recommendations

You'll help create, review, and evaluate high-quality market research and strategy scenarios, drawing on your experience in market entry, consumer insights, competitive analysis, and go-to-market decision-making.

Strong candidates are comfortable working across qualitative and quantitative research, interpreting market and consumer signals, and turning insights into clear recommendations.

The vetting process involves:

- Resume and work history screen

- Short interview evaluating market research and strategy expertise

Contract and Payment Terms

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote role that can be completed on your own schedule.
• Projects can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
• Your work at Mercor will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
• Payments are weekly on Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
