About the Role

Mercor is hiring experienced Sales Representatives, Wholesale and Manufacturing, Except Technical and Scientific Products to help evaluate and improve cutting-edge AI systems. In this role, you'll evaluate AI-generated sales content and workflows, leveraging your real-world expertise in B2B wholesale and manufacturing sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated sales conversations, product recommendations, quotes, and other commercial artifacts for quality and accuracy.

• Compare AI-generated responses head-to-head based on customer relevance, negotiation soundness, and sales effectiveness.

• Review sales scenarios involving pricing, product recommendations, order handling, and post-sale support and provide expert feedback.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Sales Representative, Account Representative, Inside Salesperson, Outside Sales Representative, Sales Consultant, or another closely related wholesale or manufacturing B2B sales role.

• Experience selling non-technical wholesale or manufactured goods to businesses or groups of individuals, with substantial product knowledge.

• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.

• Strong written English communication skills.

Additional Information

• Start date: Immediate

• Duration: Approximately 4–6 weeks

• Payment: task-based (payment upon first task approval). Experts who complete their first task within the required timeline will then be qualified to be paid hourly for the remainder of the project.

Contract and Payment Terms

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote role that can be completed on your own schedule.
• Projects can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
• Your work at Mercor will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
• Payments are weekly on Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
