Legal Expert — Litigation

Litigation reviewer for Project Rachel.

Review published legal-benchmark tasks in the litigation and dispute resolution practice area: adjudicate public commentary raised against task prompts and grading rubrics, then complete structural QC across the prompt, the rubric and the attached source documents.

Typical work involves pleadings and motions, discovery and privilege review, damages analysis and settlement posture, each with 10-100 source documents.

Private listing used as a shortlist. Not open for applications — candidates are added directly by the project team.

Contract and Payment Terms

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote role that can be completed on your own schedule.
• Projects can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
• Your work at Mercor will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
• Payments are weekly on Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
