Human Resources Expert, German (Germany) - AI Training

We're looking for experienced HR professionals who are native or fluent in German to help train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks. You'll build workspaces and files, write prompts, and create grading rubrics based on real human resources work as it's done in Germany.

Requirements

• 5+ years in HR (business partnering, employee relations, compensation or talent)
• Native or fluent in German
• Degree from a top-20 university in Germany
• Knowledge of German labor law, works councils (BetrVG), Tarifverträge and German payroll and social insurance

Details: Remote, about 21 hours per week, hourly, pilot running Oct 23 to Nov 19.

Contract and Payment Terms

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote role that can be completed on your own schedule.
• Projects can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
• Your work at Mercor will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
• Payments are weekly on Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
