Consulting Expert, Mandarin Chinese (mainland China) - AI Training

We're looking for experienced management and strategy consultants who are native or fluent in Mandarin Chinese to help train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks. You'll build workspaces and files, write prompts, and create grading rubrics based on real consulting work as it's done in mainland China.

Requirements

• 5+ years in management or strategy consulting
• Native or fluent in Mandarin Chinese
• Degree from a top-20 university in mainland China
• Experience with market entry, operations and growth strategy work for companies operating in China

Details: Remote, about 21 hours per week, hourly, pilot running Oct 23 to Nov 19.

Contract and Payment Terms

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote role that can be completed on your own schedule.
• Projects can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
• Your work at Mercor will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
• Payments are weekly on Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
