Expert Project Manager, Mandarin Chinese (mainland China) - AI Training

We're looking for an experienced program or operations manager who is native or fluent in Mandarin Chinese to run delivery for a team of senior domain experts training and evaluating AI agents. You'll own throughput, quality and expert performance for the Mandarin Chinese (mainland China) cohort across finance, consulting, law, medicine, STEM and HR.

Requirements

• 5+ years running delivery programs, ideally expert-data, AI training or professional-services operations
• Native or fluent in Mandarin Chinese
• Degree from a top-20 university in mainland China
• Experience managing distributed teams of senior professionals, quality control and review workflows, and daily delivery targets

Details: Remote, 40 hours per week, hourly, pilot running Oct 23 to Nov 19.

Contract and Payment Terms

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote role that can be completed on your own schedule.
• Projects can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.

• Payments are weekly on Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
